Compassionate, effective counseling can free you from painful past experiences or feeling unworthy of love and belonging so you can live your best life Now.
In awe of people’s resiliency — more than 15 years helping people heal from traumatic experiences has taught her that courageous culture changes lives.
Having an emotionally safe place where you feel seen and heard without judgement is most important for success. With reflection and accountability of her white, hetero, cis gender privilege she welcomes each client’s uniqueness and personal history that shape their lives.
Giving ourselves permission to consider we are unequivocally worthy of love and belonging leads to a revolution of courageous culture that fundamentally changes lives. That’s a world we're committed to creating every day.
Terri’s past work has included trauma related counseling with military and veterans at the New Orleans VA Hospital, with children at Tulane University Medical School, and developing community mental health programs at Louisiana Public Health Institute. She continues to love working with military, veterans, and their spouses as a part of her private practice.
Because of its powerful ability to heal trauma and distressful experiences, she has specialized in Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) since 2007. For five years she led the National VA/Vet Center EMDR Conference Call through consultation, clinical learning, and advocacy for EMDR providers across the country.
