A Progressive, Supportive Learning Experience
Each week builds on the last, introducing another step of the iRest meditation process. As your understanding deepens, you’ll gain confidence and skills to begin practicing on your own.
How Each Class Flows
- Brief teaching and discussion on the iRest step of the week
- A full guided mediation (majority of the class)
- Optional sharing – speak if you’d like, or simply listen
- Kindness, clarity, and no pressure to “do it right”

Common Questions
Do I need meditation experience?
Nope. iRest meets you exactly where you are whether you’re brand new or experienced.
How will the meditation feel?
You may feel somewhere between wakefulness and sleep. Sometimes your mind may wander, that’s Normal. When you notice, simply return to the instructions with curiosity.
What if I can’t relax?
It’s very common. Instead of pushing relaxation, just be willing to relax. Even welcoming the difficulty is part of the practice.
Is it normal to fall asleep?
Yes! Many people are sleep deprived, and deep relaxation can bring on sleep. When you wake, just rejoin the instructions.
Is iRest religious?
No. iRest is secular and respects all ages, cultures, religions, and philosophical perspectives.
If I’ve taken this class before, will I still benefit?
Absolutely! Each practice is unique and ripe with new insights. Plus the more you practice, the better and deeper the rewards.
